Godparenthood

Since 2019, the Syriac Cross Godparenthood Program has been providing sustained support to children from vulnerable families in Syria. Through this initiative, children receive regular financial assistance from dedicated godparents who contribute a fixed monthly amount to help cover essential needs. Beyond material support, the program also encourages direct communication between children and their godparents, fostering meaningful and supportive relationships.

To date, more than 130 children have benefited from the program. Syriac Cross remains committed to expanding this vital network of care, ensuring that even more children can grow up with the stability, encouragement, and support they need to thrive.
